YS-8060 Anti-Condensation Drain Dehumidifier

The YS-8060 anti-condensation dehumidifier removes moisture from electrical cabinets and drains it away continuously through a 1.5 m silicone hose, so there is no tank to empty. Copper tube heat dissipation keeps condensing efficient, and three indicator lights show the unit’s status at a glance. Dehumidification starts at an adjustable set point between 45% and 98% RH, frost on the condensing plate is cleared automatically, and optional low-temperature heating suits cold sites.

How Dehumidification Works

When the humidity sensor detects that humidity has reached the upper set limit, the dehumidifier starts dehumidifying. When humidity falls to the set cut-off value, it stops. This cycle repeats to keep humidity under control.
The dehumidifier measures the current ambient temperature and humidity, and its software calculates the dew point of the environment. When the dew point is reached, it starts dehumidifying and switches on the heating contact at the same time. Once the dew point condition is broken, heating stops while dehumidification continues, and the unit stops after a set delay.

Note: Models without “T” in the model number do not have dew-point detection.

Special Functions

1. Automatic defrost:
All series have an automatic defrost function. When frost forms on the condensing plate, the dehumidifier defrosts automatically before resuming dehumidification.

2. Low-temperature heating (optional, selected according to site conditions):
When the dehumidifier detects that the ambient temperature is low, it automatically switches on an external heater for temperature compensation.
